Instructions: Wood and silicone materials are your best friends, metal should never be used on your Milo. After cooking, allow your skillet to cool before washing it with warm water, soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Wipe your cast iron dry, and store away from humidity. For a little extra TLC, apply a small amount of neutral cooking oil to the rim of the skillet before storing.
