Italian Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) Full-flavored, flat leaved, parsley has a sweet, earthy, celery flavor that is rich in minerals (especially iron).
Simply pull the leaves from the stems, chop and sprinkle over dishes from soups to meats. Also, for the cilantro adverse, its a nice substitute.
