Aline’s grandfather, Cipriano, was the family’s first grower, and now she follows in his footsteps. Her farm, Santa Helena, is located in the heart of Brazil’s specialty coffee region, Sul de Minas, at 2,900 feet above sea-level. With a PhD in Agricultural Microbiology, her insights into the science of growing coffee gives Honesta higher notes of sweetness and lower notes of acidity.
