Brooklyn artist Claudia Pearson has illustrated everything from children's books to New Yorker pages. Here, she's designed tea towels based on the architecture and grandeur of the Victorian homes in her neighborhood.
This is a flour sack towel, a fabric which has been used for generations, and it is light, 100% cotton and dries quickly.
The towel measures 19″ x 33″ and due to the nature of the fabric is not always straight down the edge.
It’s better for the tea towel and the environment to wash in phosphate free detergent.
